Founder and Managing Director
With over 30 years of expertise in the aviation aftermarket industry, Nadim is the Founder and Managing Director of Forward Management, a Switzerland-based leader in Quantum Control aviation ERP solutions. Under his leadership, the company has earned Official Quantum Control Platinum Partner status and is recognised for its excellence in ERP implementation and compliance with Part-145 and ASA-100 regulations.
Nadim also heads operations in the Asia-Pacific region as Managing Director of PT Forward Management Asia Pacific. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, he combines global insight with technical expertise to drive innovation and growth. He holds an MSc in Advanced Information Technology from London South Bank University.
Jan Černohous
Senior Consultant
Jan is an aviation and logistics expert with over 20 years of experience. As a Quantum Control consultant since 2009, he specializes in training, implementation, and process improvement for aircraft maintenance, ensuring compliance with global airworthiness regulations.
Previously, as Managing Director at JOB AIR Logistics, Jan scaled operations to multimillion-dollar revenues and led high-profile projects, including optimizing logistics with Saab Aircraft. Certified in Oracle Database and C#.NET, with MBA-level strategic management coursework, Jan combines technical expertise with strategic insight. Fluent in five languages, he excels in tools like Quantum Control ERP and SAP Crystal Reports, delivering exceptional value to clients.
